This is the privacy policy for iddaaci.com. Personal data is processed under Turkish law (6698 / KVKK), so the binding text is the Turkish version; this English translation is provided for convenience and, if the two differ, the Turkish text prevails.

The following information may be collected while you use the platform: • Account information (name, e-mail; when you sign in with Google, the basic profile provided by Google) • Payment and credit transaction records (amount, date, transaction status — card details are not stored by the SELLER) • The analyses you generate and your prediction history • Platform usage and transaction history • Device and connection information (IP address, browser type)

The information collected is used to: • Create and manage your account • Provide the model-assisted match analysis service • Process payments and credit transactions • Provide customer support • Improve the security and quality of the platform • Meet legal obligations
03Sharing of Information
Your personal data is shared with third parties only where this is necessary to provide the service: Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) for in-app purchases (iyzico for website orders placed before 4 October 2026), the artificial intelligence provider used to write the analyses, and match data providers. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Only if you give explicit consent on the website, visit data is shared with Meta to measure our ads (Cookie Policy, section 4); the mobile apps share no such data.

The platform uses cookies for session management and to improve the user experience. Details are set out in the Cookie Policy. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; if you do, some features may not work.
05Data Security
Industry-standard encryption and security measures are applied to protect your data. Payments are taken by the App Store's and Google Play's own payment systems; your card details never reach us. Data is stored on servers protected against unauthorised access.
06Data Retention
Your personal data is kept for as long as your account is active and for as long as legal obligations require. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems, subject to statutory retention periods.

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), you have the right to: • Learn whether your personal data is processed • Request information about the data processed • Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data • Request the deletion of your data • Object to the processing of your data
